Secure Payments

Your money is safe with us. We handle all transactions to protect both parties:

check_circleCashless Platform: All bookings are paid online through encrypted payment gateways. No need to bring cash to the studio.
check_circlePayment Holding: We hold the traveler's payment and only release it to the maker after the workshop is successfully completed.
check_circleClear Refund Policy: If a maker cancels, travelers receive an automatic full refund.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior. Both makers and travelers are expected to treat each other with cultural respect and kindness.

If an experience makes you feel unsafe, or if a workspace does not match its description, you can report it to our team immediately. We investigate every claim and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts if necessary.
